Trevor Donison

Trevor has been programming since he was 18. He first worked for DAKCS Software; a Collection Software Company based in Ogden, Utah. He was primarily the support staff supervisor for DAKCS. He wrote many programs that are an integral part of the DAKCS system today.

He began working for Columbia Ultimate in 1988. He was the support department supervisor for three years before moving to the programming department. He completed his employment at Columbia Ultimate in October 1995.

In late 1995 he formed Northwest Consulting Services with his business partner Randy Bruner.

With Trevor's extensive Support background he has developed a very thorough knowledge of the Collector System, and how best to meet the clients needs. Many times he will solve a problem by explaining a simple solution rather than creating a program.

His main goal is to meet the customers needs in the easiest way possible.

Trevor has 3 daughters and 2 sons. Elisa 20, Trevor 18, Laurel 14, Tyler 12 and Kristina 6. Some of his interests (besides his kids) away from work include: Managing youth baseball and softball, and generating player statistics for the Evergreen High School football team.

Randy Bruner

Randy Bruner has had much experience with the Columbia Ultimate Collection System as well. He worked at Columbia Ultimate for 6 1/2 years. Most of those years were in the support department. Client satisfaction had been a goal and achievement his entire working career. He has been involved in business management and customer relations in the many years before working at Columbia Ultimate. He is currently responsible for the routine business functions of Northwest Consulting, as well as custom programming. He also has had many clients who are very happy with his work.

Randy and Julie have 5 sons; Randy age 26, Russ age 24, Mike age 22, Sam age 19, and Jerry age 16. His main interests are around his sons; coaching baseball, soccer, and wrestling, scouting, camping and hiking. He enjoys Pilates, kick-boxing, running, and swimming regularly.

Donald Hoxie

Donald Hoxie joined the Northwest Consulting staff in October of 2005. Donald has approximately 11 years of experience as a Pick Basic programmer. He worked at Columbia Ultimate for 9 ½ years as a Computer Programmer on various Collector System projects. Donald's goal is to deliver accurate high quality software projects to all Northwest Consulting customers.

Donald's formal training in technology include an Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University of Provo, Utah. He is also a US Navy veteran and served for 6 years as a Data System Computer Hardware Repair Technician.

Donald and Annette live in Vancouver, Washington. His technical interest include computer hardware, networking, and Linux. He enjoys gardening (removing weeds) and walking his dogs.
